Our 3rd Annual Charity Rummage Sale Was a Success!

Our Third Annual Charity Rummage Sale, held on August 1st, 2015, was a great success!  We grossed over 25% more than last year making this our best fundraising effort yet.   We want to thank everyone who contributed to this sale.   From those who donated items for us to sell, to those who volunteered their time and efforts (or tables – we needed LOTS of tables), to those who baked items for our “bake sale,” to those who bought items at the rummage sale, we could not have done it without each of you!  We will be using the funds we raised to continue to get the word out to women who are considering adoption that we exist to provide them with compassionate and caring help, tailored to meet each of their unique needs (we do NOT believe in the “one-size-fits-all” concept of caring for our clients).

We want to give a special shout out to our former employee, Jessica Cook.  Jessica recently accepted another position within her chosen career field, but still came and volunteered her time and efforts for many hours Friday night and then all day and night on Saturday.   We have decided that this should earn Jessica the distinction of “2015 Employee of the Year.”
