Twenty-One Children’s Adoptions are Finalized on National Adoption Day 2015 in Delaware County, Indiana

Adoption Connections was privileged to help host the reception and fun on National Adoption Day 2015 in Delaware County, Indiana.  Fourteen families were made “forever” families that day, with a total of 21 children’s adoptions being finalized.
