Paul and Allison

Dear Expectant Mother,

Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story.   We respect and are so thankful that you are considering adoption and for choosing life for your child.  We pray for you sincerely even 13770371_1214366665249661_3995139232245063493_nthough we don’t yet know you by name.  We are excited to share with you a little about us, who we are, and our hopes for growing our family through adoption!

We (Paul and Allison) had been married for 2 years when we began trying to get pregnant.  After a year of trying, which led to extensive testing and doctor appointments we were given the outcome by doctors that we were not able to conceive biological children.  When we heard this news, we were heartbroken.  Our whole lives we had envisioned ourselves having a home full of children… but we had faith that we would still be parents, that we would have a family…just in a way we hadn’t expected.  We knew adoption would be the opportunity for our dreams of a having a family to come true!  We began researching adoption in 2009 and in 2010 God gave us our adopted son, Josiah!

We have our hearts opened wide to welcome another baby into our family!

To tell you a little about us – Paul works in communications in the management of a local hospital.  We are so thankful that he has a job that allows him to use his gifts and talents in writing and great people skills, as well as provide a great life for our family.  He is a hard and dedicated worker, but he keeps his family as his priority and always makes time to play with his kids after he gets home!  His kids love to play and laugh with Daddy, and he is excited to have fun with and love our next baby!

Allison works from home (part-time) in running her own business.  We are so thankful that she is able to be home the majority of the time to teach and nurture our children.  She gets to take the kids on all sorts of outings and adventures, attend the field trips, and simply be there to always take care of them.  She is so happy and looking forward to nurturing and loving our next baby!

We truly love our family and are praying daily for the next precious addition to grow our family and our hearts!
Thank you for reading our letter!
